As Labour Day approaches, TADA, a leading ride-hailing service, is proud to announce a special event dedicated to honoring the invaluable contributions of their dedicated drivers. On May 2nd, Thursday, from 11 am to 5 pm, the TADA Station at 40 Sin Ming Lane, Midview City, Singapore, will transform into a hub of relaxation and appreciation for TADA’s hardworking drivers. This event serves as a testament to their unwavering dedication and professionalism in navigating the streets day in and day out.
TADA drivers will be treated to complimentary 10-minute head and shoulder massages provided by the Mobile Massage Team (MMT) of the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH). The MMT is an initiative by SAVH to facilitate the provision of massage services (Head & Shoulder Massage, Foot Reflexology and Full Body Non-Oil Massage) by a group of qualified, visually-handicapped masseurs at SAVH or external venues. This partnership not only allows TADA to give back to their drivers but also supports a meaningful cause, empowering visually impaired individuals to showcase their talents and skills.
Recent statistics underscore the importance of recognizing and appreciating employees, with 79% of employees state that receiving more awards would increase their loyalty to their job, and 69% expressing a desire to work harder if they felt better recognised.
Acknowledging the physical demands of the driver’s role, TADA aims to promote overall well-being by offering moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. Mr. Sean Kim, CEO of TADA, emphasizes the significance of Labour Day in honoring the dedication of their drivers. He states, “Labour Day holds special significance for us as we honor the dedication of our drivers. This gesture of offering them free massages is a heartfelt acknowledgment of their tireless work, reflecting our deep appreciation for their contributions to our TADA community. Participation in the event is simple – drivers need to only present their TADA Driver app upon arrival. Light refreshments will also be provided as a gesture of hospitality for all attendees.
